Love and other things ....

I bought a couple of ceramic gift tags from Felt's featured seller last week - MudbirdNZ - with the intention of giving them both away but the "love" one is so gorgeous, it's ended up on our mantlepiece ...

Last week I also bought what I thought was going to be the answer to how I'm going to display my little baby cardy's on my stall at the monthly Devonport Craft Market ...





But as you can see, it's a bit big and a bit clunky, the cardy's all look horribly lost and the whole thing would take up about a quarter of my table. I'm just hopeless with visualising spacial stuff and I should have learnt years ago to make sure I "see" things with my eyes before I buy them! So back to Plan B, whatever that is ...

On the positive side, I made a little vest at the weekend - another item to be displayed on my as yet non existent display stand.

Finally some knittied toys !@#$%

I can no longer bang on about how I hate/can't/won't knit toys because I have! And it wasn't too bad - in fact parts of it were almost fun!! A little hard on my hands (arthritis) but all in all far more enjoyable than I expected.
